A cultural festival is a celebration of the traditions of a particular people or place. Culture is the system of shared beliefs, values, customs, behaviours that the members of society use to cope with their world and with one another. Culture is the traditions and customs that govern behaviour and beliefs transmitted through learning. A culture is symbolic and is shared, if it is not learned it is not culture.
